Sofitel Sydney Wentworth has been working with MFC for over two years, moving away from paper records (and multiple folders!). MFC digitalized our Food Safety System and HACCP monitoring records. What a change!

All records can be accessed by the whole team (kitchen, stewards, service) Color coded reports can be remotely checked live. Great amount of time saved for before and during audits.
